About
We can help you break into new markets, showcase transformational ideas and bring complex global challenges to life through the power of dialogue and live events.
We can turn your ideas into prominent narratives and impactful experiences through precision-crafted forums.
We can create the staging for powerful thinking and help ideas meet influence.
We think beyond the obvious.
Based in London, we work globally, across multiple sectors and leverage a large network which has been built over many years. Some of our work is conducted quietly and discreetly behind the world’s most important stages. It ranges from helping to create flagship private sector forums and international government summits, designing exhibition content, and contributing to industry landscaping and mapping, through to curating awards ceremonies, bespoke cultural events, innovation-focused roundtables and intimate gatherings of rooms where change happens. No two projects are the same.
Our philosophy of ‘thinking beyond the obvious’ blends creativity and pragmatism to design and curate experiences that make attendees think, feel and act differently. Our work is grounded in collaboration and focuses on sharp insights based on quantitative and qualitative research as well as creativity and technical mastery.
We see lasting impact crafted at the convergence of strategy and imagination, whether supporting a national vision, a multinational brand, the launch of a pioneering initiative or celebrating an achievement.
Events are both an art and a science, allowing us to mix proven techniques with contemporary intersectional thinking.
We know that crafting moments which resonate far beyond the stage also means understanding the shifting expectations of stakeholders, industries, audiences and clients.

The Vogler Hunte team, aka the #VHCrew, is an experienced and hands-on team with expertise across multiple B2B and B2G event formats, who have looked after projects throughout the UK, in Europe, in the Middle East and beyond. The team share a passion for detail and bringing people, industries and markets together. Capabilities extend beyond pure event design and delivery to speech writing, public affairs, video production, copywriting, translation and partnership creation. Previous senior in-house roles held by the team include overseeing divisional P&Ls, extensive multi-sector event portfolios and commissioning agencies which also feed into our holistic approach.
As well as building genuine long-standing relationships as trusted advisors, the #VHCrew believes that even in our tech-driven world, successful collaborations demand not only efficiency and technical muscle but personal connections, enjoyment and deep understanding of the people driving the vision.
Beyond our core team, we draw from an extensive and long-standing global network of specialists and trusted suppliers, ensuring every project benefits from precisely the right expertise and cultural intelligence.
The Chandlery, Waterloo
Since 2023, the #VHCrew has been based at The Chandlery, a former Victorian school which sits within a gated complex on the historic site of Melina Place. Records show that this characterful building owes its name to the many previous occupiers of this site, who were ship chandlers and suppliers of services to the watermen of London.
The studio is situated a short distance from the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, the Old Vic Theatre and the Imperial War Museum, and firmly within the company’s Waterloo and Southbank origins. It serves as an inviting place where we regularly welcome clients, speakers and others for ‘Kaffeeklatsch’, sundowners and intimate salons with guest speakers.
